Jamie is the Co-Founder of Collaborative Provider Solutions, LLC., and is a seasoned healthcare executive and consultant with more than 33 years of healthcare experience and over 20 years of CEO experience, leading and significantly growing a large multi-specialty physician group, as well as multiple entrepreneurial startups. He has been able to achieve tremendous outcomes and risk-based contractual performance for the patients and providers he’s worked with through a dedicated team-based focus on chronic care management and underserved patient populations. Throughout his career, working with hospitals, insurers, physician groups and entrepreneurial startups, Jamie has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, team-building and a relentless commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes-based patient care, while achieving remarkable financial results.
As CEO of Compass Medical, P.C., Jamie spearheaded the organization's transformation, overseeing its growth from $14 million in annual revenue to more than $75 million. Under his leadership, Compass expanded its geographic reach, building more than 220,000 square feet of new healthcare delivery space across multiple Center-of-Excellence facilities and underserved communities. Compass also significantly enhanced its innovative technology-enabled service offerings and became one of the largest independent multi-specialty physician provider groups in the Massachusetts healthcare industry, with some of the best clinical outcomes and contractual risk-based performance in one of the most competitive healthcare markets in the country.

Prior to his roles as CEO, Jamie held various leadership positions within the healthcare industry, honing his expertise in strategic planning, contractual and financial analysis and management, technology-enabled contractual risk-management and organizational development. He is a graduate of Salem State University in Salem, MA.
